Big News from HQ: Tania Kedikian is Officially DCI’s Newest Vice President
December 08, 2025Tania joined DCI back in 2017, and over the years she’s grown into the kind of leader every agency wants more of—the person who can spot a smart strategy, shape a bold idea and turn it into buzz for clients.
Whether the goal is to win attention in a crowded B2C tourism space or stand out in the B2B sector, Tania has a knack for making the story land or an influencer partnership sizzle for DCI’s tourism, economic development and talent attraction clients.
She’s also been a driving force behind DCI’s new business momentum, helping bring in new work with destinations, travel tech brands, DMCs and tour operators—and doing it with a mix of creativity and clarity that makes the whole team sharper.
As DCI Partner Daniella Middleton put it:
“Over the years, I’ve watched Tania grow into a strong agency leader. She pairs sharp strategic thinking with standout communication and true empathy—and that combination is exactly why clients trust her, teams follow her, and new business keeps coming.”
And Tania’s impact goes well beyond our walls. She was elected to the national board of the Travel Media Association of Canada (TMAC) in 2023 and is serving as Chair of TMAC’s 2026 National Conference. She’s a familiar face on industry stages, speaking on everything from crisis communications to media measurement to destination promotion—earning her the recognition of PR in Canada as one of its “Best PR Pros Under 40.”
Based in Toronto and proudly Canadian, Tania’s global travel experiences—from witnessing the wildlife of South Africa and replanting coral in Tahiti, to enjoying afternoon tea in Scotland and participating in the Run Barbados annual festival—inform her global perspective and enhance her approach to PR and influencer strategy across DCI’s practice areas. And yes—she does it all while being a mom, meaning she can resolve a client curveball, a calendar crisis and a snack-related emergency with the same calm confidence.
“I’ve lived so many chapters of my life at DCI, and so many versions of myself,” Tania notes. “But the core of who I am—and the core of this firm—have always remained wrapped around each other. Growing alongside DCI has been one of the greatest privileges of my career.”
