A New Business Brand for British Columbia, Canada.
Trade and Invest BC partnered with DCI to create “British Columbia, Naturally,” a new economic development brand capitalizing on the province’s natural resources, innovation and ESG values. The brand and marketing efforts aimed to elevate BC’s reputation as a business, trade, and investment location.
The Challenge
Through perception research and testing among B.C.'s international target audiences, DCI helped reimagine B.C.’s brand, creating the "British Columbia, Naturally" campaign as well as a marketing strategy. The global business brand harnessed BC's reputation for natural resources, innovation, quality of life and strong ESG values and worked within the existing brand family, harnessing provincial colors and leveraging photography to showcase BC's diverse talent, innovations and natural environment.
