The Challenge

To increase investment from across the border, Montréal International wanted to broaden and deepen its relationships with U.S.-based site selectors.


The DCI Strategy

DCI set out to put Montréal International face-to-face with a target audience of site selectors in key markets to facilitate relationships and boost U.S. investment in the Canadian city.


The Results

  • DCI coordinated successful missions in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
  • Depending on the market, DCI facilitated a combination of one-on-one meetings, intimate luncheons and events, such as the Cirque du Soleil.
  • DCI also helped coordinate a familiarization tour of site consultants to Montreal and Quebec.
  • Montréal International engaged personally with more than 30 site selection consultants, paving the way for future partnerships and investments.
