The Challenge

The Metro Denver EDC wanted the region to be known as a vibrant and progressive place, friendly to both businesses and entrepreneurs.


The DCI Strategy

The Metro Denver team came to DCI to raise awareness of the region’s brand, “Energetic Bodies. Energetic Minds,” by using a combination of lead generation, public relations and digital tactics.


The Results

  • DCI has secured major placements on Metro Denver’s key industries and healthy workforce in leading publications including Time, Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, New York Times and on major TV outlets including CNBC, Bloomberg and Fox News.
  • DCI has worked with the Metro Denver EDC to launch and manage a variety of groundbreaking campaigns, including Colorado Loves California, the Metro Denver E-Force, the media spa at the Democratic National Convention and Colorado’s Cleantech Hub.
  • DCI arranged a total of 42 meetings/conference calls in 2008 with senior executives at target companies (surpassing all program goals) and has managed numerous luncheons with site selectors in key markets.
