DCI assists with foreign direct investment (FDI) and market entry strategy.

Greater Zurich Area (GZA) is arguably Europe’s most innovative region, but it was not always the first location that came to mind for U.S. companies looking to for foreign investment opportunities.

The Challenge

Greater Zurich Area (GZA) was not the first location that came to mind for U.S. companies making international investment decisions. Despite being one of Europe's most innovative regions and experiencing great economic growth, GZA struggled to gain market share in high-growth industries like fintech, robotics, AI and life sciences.

The Solution

To address this challenge, DCI used their know-how and developed an international marketing campaign to help GZA showcase its unique strengths and advantages to relevant foreign investors in these industries. This required a specialized approach and expertise to power an FDI marketing campaign and build a compelling business case that would resonate with foreign companies looking to expand internationally. GZA's success in this endeavor highlights the importance of targeted marketing and strategic planning in overcoming barriers to entry into competitive markets.
