DCI set out to position Charleston as an economic engine of the South, with fast-growing aviation and tech sectors.

 

The Results

  • During the past decade, DCI has secured hundreds of placements on Charleston’s business climate, including feature stories in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Fast Company and USA Today.
  • DCI also helped Charleston promote its massive new Boeing Dreamliner assembly plant in key trade publications such as Aviation Week, National Defense Magazine and Aerospace Manufacturing.
  • DCI placed an in-depth piece in Fast Company’s United States of Innovation series, titled “Introducing Silicon Harbor: Charleston, SC.”
  • DCI developed digital strategies and content for the CRDA’s blog, social media channels and e-newsletters.
